BEHIND THE LENS

Hey there! I cannot wait to photograph you, and your beautiful family.

I first picked up a camera in fourth grade, when I joined "Photography Club", and while I was enthusiastic, the terms "composition", "light", and "depth" were far from my mind.

High School was when I truly immersed myself in photography, first with film and then digital. I owe a huge thanks to both my Dad, who bought my first camera, and was my biggest supporter, and who I could nerd out with about cameras, and my teacher, Mr. Chimento. I will never forget the Lady Gaga song that he rewrote to teach us f-stops.

I am an Air Force Veteran, Active Duty Wife, and mom! I am beyond blessed to be a popular photographer among many Military families in the local area, and all over the country.

My work has been published in multiple magazines, art shows (including the Denver Museum of Contemporary Art), and competitions.

When I'm not shooting, editing, or communicating with my clients, I enjoy spending lots of time outdoors with my little family, reading, watching documentaries, listening to true crime podcasts, and attempting to keep my plants alive.

I am also a huge Swiftie, and add some of her lyrics to all my social media posts, and have a few sprinkled throughout this website, too! If you have a favorite Taylor lyric or song, let me know and I'll be sure to include it when I post your images!
